Refund policy

At Snan Soaps, we value your trust and satisfaction. Each of our products is handcrafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you face any issues with your order, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth resolution.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We gladly issue a full refund or replacement only in the following cases:

If you have received an incorrect item due to our error.

If the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Items such as opened soaps, used products, sale items, and gift cards are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for personal reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance/texture, or preference, as our products are handcrafted in small batches.

Original shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Notification & Return Window

You must notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

A proper unboxing video proof (without pause or cut) is mandatory for us to process any refund or replacement request.

Requests without valid proof will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

3. Inspection & Validation

All returned items are subject to inspection and verification.

If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be processed.

In approved cases, Snan Soaps will coordinate reverse pickup wherever possible. If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back, and reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed.

4. Loss vs. Minor Damage

If the product has been lost or destroyed in transit (e.g., broken container, leakage, spillage), we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

However, minor cosmetic issues (such as dents, scratches, or slight damage to outer packaging) will not qualify for a refund or replacement, as they do not affect product quality.

5. Refund Method

For online payment orders, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days after approval.

ForΒ Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI within 14 days after approval, since cash cannot be refunded. Customers must provide accurate bank/UPI details for processing.

We do not accept product exchanges (e.g., swapping one soap for another variant). Only refunds or replacements are available as per this policy.

6. Policy Updates & Final Rights

Snan Soaps reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Our decision regarding refunds, returns, or replacements shall be final and binding.

Refund/replacement timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, bank processing times, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
