Shipping policy
At Snan Soaps, we take utmost care in ensuring your orders are packed securely and delivered to you on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving confirmation.
Orders are packed with care to maintain product quality and safety during transit.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
Domestic Orders (PAN India): Delivery may take 5–14 business days depending on your location.
Deliveries are usually made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
A signature may be required at the time of delivery. If someone else at your address signs on your behalf, Snan Soaps will not be liable for any claims of non-delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹349.
For orders below ₹349, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur flat charge of ₹79.
Shipping & handling charges are calculated based on the weight/volume of products and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Issues & Claims
Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery.
Any claims of damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with proper unboxing video proof (without any pause/editing) and photos.
Requests received after this window will not be eligible for replacement/refund.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural events, or peak festive seasons).
Snan Soaps will not be responsible for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, usually within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
