1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.snansoaps.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of Snan Soaps products. By using the Site or placing an order you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Snan Soaps (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the sole owner of this website. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Who can use the Site

You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law (normally 18+). If you transact on behalf of an organisation you represent and warrant you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Product prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated.

Prices, promotions and stock availability can change; the price at checkout is final for that order.

We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders for suspicious activity, pricing errors, or stock issues.

Prepaid payments are processed via Razorpay; COD (if available) may have an extra handling fee. Taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

4. Product Information, Accuracy & Small-Batch Nature

We aim to describe products accurately, but handmade, small-batch production can produce slight variations in colour, shade, weight, texture, or fragrance; these are not defects. Images are for illustration — actual product may differ.

Content on the Site (descriptions, images, availability) may occasionally contain errors; we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and to update or cancel orders if an error affects your order.

5. Product Use, Safety, and Customer Consent

Production context (small-batch / small-scale production): Our products are handcrafted in small batches in a small-scale production setup operating as a proprietorship. Because of this small-scale production method there may be natural variability between batches. By placing an order you acknowledge and consent to purchasing and using products produced in this small-batch, small-scale context. (This wording is to ensure transparency and informed consent.)

Usage & patch test:

All products are for external use only. Always read the ingredient list and usage instructions before use.

We strongly recommend a patch test on a small skin area before regular use, especially if you have known sensitivities, are pregnant, nursing, or have medical conditions.

If irritation, redness or other adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. You must not continue use after an adverse reaction.

No medical claims: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Any statements about ingredients or benefits are for general wellness/beauty context only.

Customer assumption of risks & consent: By purchasing and using Snan Soaps products you accept and assume responsibility for the choice to use handcrafted, small-batch products and acknowledge you have been informed of potential variability and risks. This acceptance does not remove your consumer rights in the case of damaged/incorrect goods.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms (processing time, delivery timelines, charges, COD fees, cancellations) are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Please review it before purchase.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you on delivery to the shipping address you provide. Inspect packages on delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, follow the claim process in our Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Proof Requirements

Our Refund & Return Policy sets out eligibility and procedure. Key requirements include: notify us promptly (per the policy) and provide clear photos and a single continuous unboxing video (no pauses or cuts) showing the sealed parcel through opening and the issue — this is necessary for us to validate claims. We may take a short period (e.g., up to 5 working days) to review evidence and respond.

8. Intellectual Property & Use of Site Content

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Snan Soaps (or licensors). You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit our content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may include links or integrations to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Use external sites at your own risk.

10. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Remedies

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that product results will meet expectations.

Our liability for any claim related to a product or the Site is limited to the purchase price paid for the product(s) involved (i.e., refund of amount paid), to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Snan Soaps harmless from claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of applicable law.

12. User Conduct & Account Responsibility

You agree not to misuse the Site (no hacking, scraping, distributing malware). Keep your account details and shipping/billing addresses accurate — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect information provided by you.

13. Privacy & Marketing Communications

Your personal data is processed as per our Privacy Policy. By ordering you may be signed up to receive transactional emails; marketing communications are sent only with consent and can be opted out at any time.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
